Saurabh brings over 20 years of deep corporate credit and real estate experience. He began his career at SBI before spending 12 years at Piramal, where he was chosen to build and lead the Bangalore business — growing it from the ground up to US$1 billion in assets within five years. He works hands-on with developers to structure funding and move projects to a clean close, and maintains trusted relationships with capital partners across India.
Sathya brings over 17 years of corporate credit and client-relationship experience across large organisations, including SBI, Kotak Mahindra, Axis and HDFC, where she managed relationships with corporate and enterprise clients. With a background in business management and commercial risk assessment, she brings a structured, outcome-focused approach to transactions and client relationships — helping clients strengthen relationships, stay on track, and get to close.
